How do I change my policy?
If you need to make a change to your policy, you can:

Please note we do not charge an administration fee for amendments. However depending on the nature of the amendment, the overall price of your policy may change.
How to I cancel my policy?
If you wish to cancel your policy, you can do this by:

Important information
- A cancellation fee of £35 will be charged, unless you are within your 14 day cooling off period.
- If you have paid for your policy in full, a pro-rata refund will be calculated. This calculation will be based on the cost of the main policy, deducting all non-refundable charges.
- If you pay by direct debit when cancelling a policy, a final payment may be due depending on your payment schedule dates.
- If a claim has been made on the policy, the full premium will be payable and no refund will be given as you have benefited from the policy being in place.
- Our initial set up fee and charges for finance are non-refundable and are not subject to a pro-rata refund.
- Add on products (such as Home Emergency) are non-refundable and are not subject to a pro-rata refund.
